Statements on the Christian Social Union

The political mood is very stable at the beginning of the year. If a new parliament was elected already next Sunday, the Christian Union would reach 33 percent, a slight increase of one percentage point compared to previous month. As four weeks ago, 21 percent would vote for the Social Democrats.

AfD (13 percent), Greens (11 percent) and Liberals (9 percent) remain stable. The Left would lose one percentage point and would currently reach 9 percent. All other parties together could expect 4 percent.

Compared to the election results of September the Liberals perform somewhat weaker, the Greens somewhat stronger. For all other parties there are no significant changes and there are no new coalition possibilities at the moment.
